1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Quiz360 website, Android application, or related Quiz360 feature (collectively, the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Educational Use License

Quiz360 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Service or its contents.

The practice tests, study materials, and analytics provided are for self-assessment and educational aid only.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quiz360 and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

6. Payments & Refunds

Some services or content may be offered for a fee. Any price, plan duration, payment method, taxes, renewal terms, and applicable conditions will be shown before you complete a purchase. A paid Premium / Ad-Free subscription is not currently offered under these Terms. If Quiz360 launches such a plan, the applicable price, billing period, benefits, renewal and cancellation terms, taxes, and refund conditions will be displayed before purchase and may be accompanied by updated terms.

Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the purchase channel, terms shown at checkout, Google Play policies where Google Play Billing is used, and applicable law. For a verified duplicate or failed transaction charged through a direct Quiz360 payment channel, any approved refund will be processed within 7-10 working days, subject to payment-provider processing. This direct-payment statement does not override Google Play refund procedures.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Quiz360 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content or materials included therein.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Advertisements and Free Access

Quiz360 currently provides free access to parts of its website and Android application supported by advertisements. The website uses Google AdSense and the Android app uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. Advertisements may be contextual or personalised depending on applicable law, consent choices, platform settings, and the advertising provider’s systems. Advertising content and availability may vary by region and platform. Users must not click, manipulate, or encourage invalid interactions with advertisements.

Third-party advertising providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Details about advertising-related data processing and available privacy choices are described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Premium / Ad-Free Subscriptions

Quiz360 may introduce an optional paid Premium / Ad-Free plan in the future. No Premium plan is offered under this section unless and until it is made available in the app or website with a clearly displayed offer. Before any purchase, we will disclose the price, billing period, included benefits, applicable taxes, renewal and cancellation terms, and refund process. Where a purchase is made through Google Play, Google Play Billing terms and processes will apply as required by Google Play policy and applicable law. These Terms do not create a present obligation to purchase a subscription.

12. Account Deletion

You may submit an account deletion request through the account controls made available in the Quiz360 app or through the Contact Us page by selecting “Account Deletion Request”. We may verify account ownership before processing a request. Deletion is subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and record-retention requirements. Where any information must be retained, we will restrict its use to the permitted purpose and retain it only for the period required. See the Privacy Policy for details. Submitting a request is not a substitute for completing any separately required subscription cancellation process.

13. App Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or Android application to maintain security, improve functionality, comply with law, or address operational requirements. App availability may depend on your device, operating system, network connection, and third-party services. We will not exclude or limit any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
